I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were always friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the swimming pool and spa. The location directly next to the stunning waterfall was absolutely breathtaking. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch.
Don't have any issues at all - everything was perfect.

Room was a good value. Hotel itself was nice. We appreciated Cordial Sanotel. We would definitely go back, no complaints...

We loved the stunning views of the picturesque valley and mountains from our room. the ski/snowboard room was fabulous, complete with boot dryers and storage facilities. the spa facilities were a great experience.
We found it difficult to park in the village, and the hotel only had limited parking spaces. the sofa in the apartment was too small for someone taller than 1.78m, which was inconvenient.

whole staff, especially Tomi, was really kind and helpful. the structure is a bit old, but still elegant and comfortable. position is really romantic, i advice waterfall view.
the food is a bit strange. breakfast is ok, but dinner is odd. food looks better than it tastes. exception for apfelstrudel that was great.

I have Celiac disease, and I have to be very careful about what I eat (e.g. no wheat, barley, oats, or rye). The staff at Sanotel Bad Gastein were very respectful of my dietary needs. I was provided with gluten free bread at breakfast and dinner. In addition, the multi-course dinner meals prepared for me were always gluten free. They were also quite tasty and well presented. If you have Celiac disease, I highly recommend that you try Sanotel Bad Gastein.

The hotel had a charming 1960's decor and exceptional value. The reception staff were friendly and warm, with a careful attitude. The room had a smart TV and a cozy sauna. The breakfast was good and the views were breathtaking.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Der Blick auf der Wasserfall war super.
Die Garage ist teuer und ist ungefahr 500 m weg.

The scenery is nice
There is no parking. Hotel is divided into two distant buildings and it is complicated to bring your luggage up. Going to get breakfast in the other building when it is -15c outside is not practical.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location right in front of the breathtaking waterfall was absolutely amazing. I couldn't get enough of the stunning views. The staff here were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable sitting area and a lovely patio. I was impressed by the variety of amenities provided, such as the in-room safe, dining table, and even a sink and cookware in the small kitchenette. Everything was thoughtfully designed for enhanced comfort. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Clean Hotel with exceptional service. Hotel shuttle Service to the ski lifts proved to be convenient and efficient and made trek to the lifts real easy. The Food was good and plentiful. The view of the waterfall is of course astonishing.
Hilly terrain of the resort makes walking around a bit of a challenge with ski gear, however as mentioned before Hotel shuttle takes care of this.

What a fantastic Easter we had at this hotel! The location couldn't be any better, with stunning views of the mountains and a lovely rushing stream nearby. We really enjoyed the whirlpool and the sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing or exploring the surroundings. The apartment was well-equipped and cozy, with everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. We also appreciated that the staff was friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home.
We must say that there were a few things that weren't ideal. For one, the internet connection was a bit spotty, which made it difficult to stay connected at all times.

Very friendly staff, not to big, not to busy even if it was fully booked. Very good Christmas Dinner with top service.
It was missing iron in the room and as a Premium room it should have been a coffee bar. The SPA should have had towels service. About Bad Gastein, it should be notified that half of the town is a ruin (closed down 10-20 years ago) and that the center has moved to the railway station. Not very nice!
